factual information to shareholders considering the merits of

Corporate responsibility proposals often involve significant
implications for management and shareholders. However, shareholder proponents
are limited to 500 words to explain their proposals in company proxy
statements. This limit does not provide adequate space to fully discuss
the implications of the many complex corporate accountability issues

factual arguments in favor of a selected number of pending resolutions.
