The Center for Political Accountability has filed over 60 shareholder resolutions at various companies as part of a national shareholder effort. Of these 44companies will face shareholder resolutions in spring 2007. 31 companies have already agreed to political disclosure. A new report from the Center for Political Accountability provides more evidence that companies handle political spending in a poor manner.
